Small-town Wisconsin didn't stop me from moving to the big city of Madison, WI for college.
My college career started off in the computer lab, learning to program websites. After a year, it had slowly dawned on me that I wanted to use more creativity, and see the sunlight once in a while.
From a young age I had been interested in creating - videos, music and stories; I realized I should follow my passions and change my degree path to Visual Communications. I quickly fell in love with filming and editing.
My dream of being a movie director saw the light, although at the end of a tunnel.
